docs(sve): update defaults for FEAT_SVE FEAT_SVE build macro, "ENABLE_SVE_FOR_NS" default value has been updated to 2, to support its existing behavior of dynamic detection as well as keep it aligned with the changes concerning STATE=FEAT_STATE_CHECKED(2), part of Feature Detection procedure.
