feat(plat/arm/sgi): increase max BL2 size Increase `PLAT_ARM_MAX_BL2_SIZE` to 128KiB for the primary chip to accommodate debug builds with log level set to verbose (LOG_LEVEL=LOG_LEVEL_VERBOSE).
