feat(rdfremont): add support for RD-Fremont-Cfg1 Add the required source and header files to support RD-Fremont-Cfg1, which is a variant of RD-Fremont. RD-Fremont-Cfg1 hosts a smaller mesh and lower number of cores when compared with RD-Fremont.
