coverity: Improve coverage using CM3_SYSTEM_RESET build flag for a3700 Recent patch from Marvell added a build option CM3_SYSTEM_RESET which leverages a new source file: plat/marvell/armada/a3k/common/cm3_system_reset.c This patch add this new build option to coverity makefile command to analyze this file thereby improving file coverage.
