ci(pauth): add run configs to test QARMA3 QARMA3 is a pointer authentication algorithm introduced by v8.3 extensions and released in v8.8. The added configurations enable the presence of the QARMA3 algorithm on the FVPs so it can be tested properly by the corresponding TFTF tests.
