fix(fvp): remove fvp-tc.crash-linux.tc-fip.tc-tc2-debug
This file was incorrectly added in the patch grouping platforms [1].
The original file was not present in v2.10 tag and was added to
support MbedTLS 3.4.1 [2].
Remove it from LTS branch.

[2] bf420ce ci(tc): use mbedTLS-3.4.1 for platform test with TF-M test-suite
