ci: add a test-configs for PSA Crypto implementation

Added few more test-configs for PSA Crypto implementation
namely,

1. fvp-tbb-psa-mbedtls-ecdsa,fvp-default:fvp-tftf-fip.tftf-aemv8a-debug
2. fvp-tbb-psa-mbedtls-rsa-ecdsa-with-rsa-rotpk-ecdsa-cert,fvp-default:fvp-tftf-fip.tftf-aemv8a-debug
