ci(fvp): enable FEAT_LS64_ACCDATA FEAT_LS64_ACCDATA extends the existing FEAT_LS64 by introducing an EL1 system register. Since tf-a-tests now contains a test for this feature, enable it for the FVP runs by setting accelerator_support_level to 3.
