LAVA: Extend time limit for LAVA jobs There are only 3 MUSCA_B1 boards on LAVA server for the time being. Every test on MUSCA_B1 takes about 10mins to run. About 60 configs on MUSCA_B1 need to be tested in a release job. Extend time limit for waiting LAVA jobs to 12000 secends to avoid LAVA tests being cancelled by timeout limits.
