API changes
   * Declare a number of structure fields as public: the fields of
     mbedtls_ecp_curve_info, the fields describing the result of ASN.1 and
     X.509 parsing, and finally the field fd of mbedtls_net_context on
     POSIX/Unix-like platforms.
