tests: Add mbedtls_test_ prefix to hexcmp()

Add mbedtls_test_ prefix to hexcmp() test helper
function.

Command to change *.function files:
find . -name "*.function" -exec awk -i inplace \
    '{sub(/hexcmp\>/,"mbedtls_test_&")}1' {} \;
