Bugfix
   * Fix proper sizing for PSA_EXPORT_[KEY_PAIR/PUBLIC_KEY]_MAX_SIZE and
     PSA_SIGNATURE_MAX_SIZE buffers when at least one accelerated EC is bigger
     than all built-in ones and RSA is disabled.
     Resolves #6622.
