Enhancements : Memory usage, clean up and new build option
1. const qualifier added at appropriate places.
2. Cleaned redundant code.
3. New Storage build option introduced.
-DSUITE=STORAGE to build ITS and PS as single archive
-DSUITE=INTERNAL_TRUSTED_STORAGE to build ITS only
-DSUITE=PROTECTED_STORAGE to build PS only
