fwu: add a script to generate FWU metadata Added a script to generate FWU metadata. The generated FWU metadata is designed as a sample, specifically setting the active_bank index to 0. This adjustment ensures that the booting firmware (BL2) can utilize the specified index to load images from flash, providing a useful functionality for firmware update scenarios.
