CI: Terminate FVP TFTF tests on EOT For CI configurations running in non-Jenkins environment this patch sets FVP model parameter 'bp.pl011_uart0.shutdown_on_eot=1' to enable simulation shutdown on transmission of EOT char when TFTF tests terminate.
