Revert "ci(errata_abi): remove Cortex-A710 test" This reverts commit ac1ad404c146eb822a2ce28cab48b813e05c9a7c. The issue was related to https://linaro.atlassian.net/browse/TFC-614 and is now fixed so undo the test removal.
