Update model version for rdv1 platform Update the model from 11.10.36 to 11.13.10 for RD-V1 platform. CMN-Rhodes has also been renamed to CMN-650 where applicable. This version of model also requires to use the latest SCP/MCP binaries after the renaming rddaniel to rdv1 in SCP-Firmware project.
