group/tf-l3-boot-tests-css: Remove rde1edge platform Due to the upcoming updates in SCP & TF-A, RD-E1-EDGE needs further investigation to fully support up-to-date features. Temporarily remove the platform boot tests from the tf-l3-boot-tests-css until full support is implemented.
