ci(cm): add test configs for ctx memory reporting This patch adds two test configs that enable reporting context memory usage. One works without SPM (no EL2 context) and the other does include it. Patch file ubsan_test.patch was also modified to account for changes in bl31/bl31_main.c in TF-A.
