ci(romlib): ROMLIB test config without MbedTLS Currently, the ROMLIB test configurations have a strong dependency on MbedTLS. However, with the introduction of this patch [1], this dependency has been removed. Therefore, an explicit test configuration has been added to validate the ROMLIB configuration without MbedTLS.
