qa-fvp-pre-release: rename AEMVA test-configs Rename the AEMVA test configurations under the 'qa-fvp-pre-release' group to run with a maximum of 4 clusters, each having up to 4 CPUs and 1 thread per CPU. Since FVP runs with 8 CPUs, the number of CPUs in the run configuration has been updated accordingly.
