scp_config/juno-scmiv2: Rename option for SCMI FastChannels A recent change in SCP-firmware has modified the name of the FastChannels build option from `SCP_ENABLE_FAST_CHANNELS` to `SCP_ENABLE_SCMI_PERF_FAST_CHANNELS`.
