ci(cleanup): remove few tests from tftf-l1-fvp

Removed few tests from the tftf-l1-fvp test group
that are duplicates or are covered by similar platforms
or test configs.

List of similar tests that were retained were:

1. fvp-default,fvp-default:fvp-tftf-fip.tftf-aemva
2. fvp-default,fvp-default:fvp-tftf-fip.tftf-aemv8a.singlecore

3. fvp-tspd,fvp-default:fvp-tftf-fip.tftf-aemv8a.assymetric-tspd
4. fvp-tspd,fvp-default:fvp-tftf-fip.tftf-aemva-tspd
