Temporarily disable tf-l3-boot-tests-spm linux boot

af213220e1311 introduced a new SPM binary which makes the NWd Hafnium
Hyp+Linux  PVM boot failing. Temporarily disable this test to pursue the
debug investigation while maintaining the daily CI alive.
