fix: roll back rdn1edge and sgi575 platforms
rdn1edge and sgi575 are technically working with the new 11.17/33 model
version but only with model parameters that makes the test run very long
(about 40 minutes versus 10). This is too long to include in the daily
run for a single test. Until this problem is solved - rolling back used
model version.
To test locally with 11.17/33 model has to be run the additional
parameters:
--min-sync-latency=0
--quantum=400
And following parameters have to be exported for the run environment:
set_model_env FM_SCX_ENABLE_TIMER_LOCAL_TIME 1
set_model_env FASTSIM_DISABLE_TA 0
set_model_env FASTSIM_AUTO_SYNC 1
